John, anne, and the filipina woman which I forgot the name are very welcoming. They assists us to every concerns we have while staying in the hotel for 7 days. They taught us about food hacks like eating in the nearest hawker centre which is whampao. From leaving our luggage before check-in until we got check out they are always there for us. Thank you for their kindness and tips we learned while we stay. They deserve a raise! 🥰

Location was good, staff are friendly and helpful , Michelle was really remarkable and nice as well as the other receptionists. Balestier is a place where 24/7 restaurants are everywhere just a walk from the hotel itself. Tourists can get bus in my case I prefer to use grab Novena metro is the nearest MRT station . Very Access and there is a parking fir guests. It's only around 24 SGD from airport via grab.

Value for money. Good staff, well maintained facilities. My partner and I always stay here whenever we go to Singapore. The front desk staff (Michelle and Lester) are always helpful with my inquiries. Zhang Ming, the housekeeper is always polite and eager help to with our requests. The location is also great. Near bus stops, malls, gym, convenience stores, groceries, Whampoa hawker center and etc. 100% recommended

The place was so comfy and homey which is a must-try staycation to experience.
